President

Mike founded Sales Consultants of Chaska in August of 1997. The office has been a multiple winner of the President's Club Award.

Mike specializes in the printing and medical device industry.  Within the printing industry, Mike focuses on sales, sales management, production management, and C-level positions. In medical device the focus is on sales, sales management, marketing, regulatory & clinical affairs positions.

Andrea's background in HR provides strong adminstrative support to SC Chaska.  Along with Mike, she has been with SC Chaska since  they began the business in 1997.  Providing our clients & candidates  within the Banking, Medical Device and Printing industries with the best service possible is the focus of SC Chaska!

Jami Menden
Account Executive

Specializing in the placement of professionals in the Printing industry.

Jami has been successfully placing candidates for clients in the printing industry since 1998. His success is simple: Listen to both the candidate and the hiring authority to understand what each needs in order to be sucessful. All candidates want to work for the best companies, and all companies want the best possible candidates. Jami is determined and dedicated to making sure that this happens.

Dirk Gasterland
Account Executive

Dirk is our banking specialist. His focus is in the Midwest marketplace. Dirk's vast background in banking & as a business owner has given him great insight as to the needs of our clients. Dirk joined SC Chaska in August 2005.

 Lindsay
Administrative AssistantLindsay is a key part of the administrative team at SC Chaska.  She is one of the voices you hear when you call in, and offers administrative support to our account executives. She is a sophmore in college, so we are fortunate to have with us in the summers.

Lori Billy
Project Coordinator

Lori joined SC Chaska in August 2006.  She has 18 years of experience in the recruiting/human resources arena.  Her prior experience and knowledge recruiting within printing and medical device is a real benefit to our clients and candidates! 

Matt Smith
Project Coordinator

Matt has been with SCC since August 2007.  He became a Project Coordinator in August of 2008, and his focus is finding qualified candidates for our valued clients throughout the nation. He specializes in the Printing industry. He also keeps the office up to date on sports!
